research other software or just stop with DirectTrack?

I'm starting up an affiliate program for a website. More than a few indicators point to DirecTrack as the best software out there. I want to know if there is anything out there that is better. Any drawbacks to DirectTrack? ... etc.

Are there different advantages to each software, i.e. are certain affiliate software programs better for certain markets?
