Flash sites and ads

Will it work?

I have a popular content site that is 100% Flash but resembles a typical html website. Will I be able to use companies like Burst or DoubleClick with this site? I don't just mean having an ad at the top with the Flash movie below it, but embedding ads in the Flash movie.

I just checked the Burst Eligibility requirments, and it doesn't say anything about 100% Flash sites.

I am not sure about DoubleClick, but I would assume it is the same case.

Burst replied to my e-mail to them. They said that it couldn't be done. The ad could sit outside the Flash movie, but not inside it.
