"Affiliates" sites

I am looking for US/international alternatives to Tradedoubler.com (they are EU only and hardly carry any affiliates).

Fastclick.com seems to require you to sign up and get accepted before you can even view the companies/sites listed there.

<snip>

PS: What are these sites called? I'm talking about a list of companies/sites that have signed up on the site and allow you to ask permission to link to them with banners or normal links, and where you get money from leads, etc. Is it "affiliates collection sites"?

CJ.com is the big one. Perhaps others can mention a few more?

Generally referred to as "Affiliate Networks"
