Complementing a technlogy site already using adsense.

I have started a website about technology topics, computers, software, etc. Let's say, for the sake of example, a site in the style of those from jupitermedia, cmp, ittoolbox, etc.

I've seen this publishers using those programs mentioned above, but I barely can find some feedback on webmasterworld.

First of all, I'd like to know if these programs are compatible with adsense. Another topic is how profitable they are.
Any comment is very welcome!

Wow, doesn't really anybody have an opinion on doubleclick, tribalfusion nor industrybrains!?
