Aim to earn $17 for a day.seems to be tough

Hi

We have a 4 months old site (listed in all majorserch engines).We are 4 friends are working on it.Anyday at least 2 persons will spend 8 hours to collect product and post them from amazon dell buy.com etc...

We are not even making $3 a day (not even to close to my PPC expenses) . I am getting around 250 visitors .Am I doing anything wrong or I have very long way to go for making $17 ($500 per month is our goal as of now). Please advice.

- Well 4 monthes old is pretty young so your prolly not getting any organic traffic which would help.

- 250 a day is a microscopic amount of traffic, I think your going to have a hard time meeting your goal with that.

- PPC to Amazon seems to me like a bad idea to me. Amazon has a very small commission percentage. Please take that with a grain of salt though, I am not an expert on PPC at all.

- 8 hours a day collecting products? IMO if your not scrapping or pulling their feed your wasting a whole lot of time. Your time would be better spent seeking more ways to increase your traffic.

what you should do is try a different way, and work on different sites not just one, and i agree with this other dude, amazon is a bad idea, you should go to the adsense forum and learn how you can make money with it.
