outside of Adsense im fairly new to ad publishing... looking for CPM or CPC programs that pay 100% and offers various ad size formats and are compatible with Adsense TOS.
my sites focuses on gaming/gamers.. are there any particular programs that gear towards this topic?

It actually depends upon your site, however you can try it with fastclick, burstmedia or tribalfusion.
