Any expierience with HostGator's affiliate program? $125 payouts but?

I just started using them HostGator.com's affiliate program on a couple of my sites and was wondering if anyone here is using them and what they think?

They have the highest payouts Ive seen in the hosting affiliate market so I'm hoping things go well. My sites are web hosting oriented and for web masters and I usually get good conversions but was hoping someone could give me some info on their expieriences with hostgator?
