What you might do is visit the WW AdSense and Content & Copywritng forums and read the posts about what makes a website a better site.

Write about what you know from your own life experience. That's the best place to start. Go do something new and interesting and write about it. Otherwise, you will be writing based upon borrowed experience and borrowed knowledge and it will show through the writing (unless you have a great deal of skill and years of experience writing).
