The con about Sprinks: technical performance is generally not at the same level as the other PPC provider. Others have in fact complained about this, but I have seen indications of successful campaigns as well. Time to replicate on different data servers is probably why you saw such a delay- that doesn't mean others didn't see your ad.
The good news: major technical improvements are on their way soon for Sprinks.
The pro about Sprinks: targeting extremely relevant Guidesites can result in sometimes higher conversion & improved ROI over other PPC providers. Depending on your industry, the distribution to some of Sprinks partners (Ask Jeeves, ePinions.com) can be very helpful.
