I don't know which is best in terms of money to me.. Azoogleads,interclick,revenue.net,fastclick,realmedia ... and many others... Anyone of u can give me their rates/CPM . Thanks in Advance

What works well on one site may not work as well on another. Each site has its own set of visitors which may respond better or worse to the banners each given CPM network is supplying.
Test and review.

If fastclick approve your site it will be most suitable option here, but in fact they simply reject a site which is not suitable as per their merit.
