anyone know whether this is the serving arm of Fastclick?

Have my Burst default to fastclick. Noticed that I'm getting ads from the domain name quantserve.com, which I can't find anything about, AND I'm not sure I'm getting credit for them in Fastclick.

Anyone know what/who they are and their relationships to Fclick?

Hopefully you're getting those clicks from fastclick, if you monitor it regularly you should be able to find from where actually the clicks are being generated.
