A question before i sign up to Amazon and Adsense

I have decided to sign up with Amazon and Adsense

I’m new to all this so I apologize if this thread sounds foolish. But are Amazon and Google Adsense to be trusted with your card and personal details?

Also, which is better method of the two: get paid into bank account or getting paid by cheque?

They are two of the biggest names on the net. You can definitely trust them. Get paid into your bank account. It's easier.
