I have a quality product and the highest payouts in my industry.

I recently started an affiliate program for my website. I have a quality product targetted mostly at small business, and entreprenuers. I also have the highest payouts in my industry by far.

However, ever since I began promoting my affiliate program, I have not received any affiliates that can really produce. Can anyone point me in the right direction to successfully manage my affiliate program.

Unfortunately, it's good, old-fashioned, business development here. Start proactively recruiting via phone, email, networking. Run some SE searches on your keywords and see who ranks well and would be a good fit to sell your products.

Super affiliates aren't just going to jump in headfirst to your new program. Keep networking and building an ethical, reliable program and they'll show up.

How are you promoting your affiliate program? I used to go looking for good affiliate programs, but now they seem to find (probably because of my CJ earnings)

if something's good, word usually spreads fast. if you've got existing affiliates, make it worth their while to refer other affiliates by having a decent 2nd tier payout
