Problem with Linkhare Affiliate links

Hello,

I have a peculiar problem with the affiliate links that I get from Linkshare.

I recently got approved by a couple of merchants for their affiliate program via Linkshare network.

I have a forum website run using vBulletin forum tool. I added the URL of affiliate links from Linkshare in my forum as part of the message. When I preview the message, I am able to see the link. After submitting the message, the link disappears. When I get into 'edit' mode of the message, I am able to see the link again.

But this does not happen with other affiliate links (from CJ or Shareasale, etc.). They work fine.

Have anyone come across this problem? Any advises or suggestions please.

I have seen some forum software that will abbreviate the link when it is long, but when clicked it takes the visitor to the correct URL. I haven't seen software make the link not visible however.
