please let me bring to your notice my following query
Since 2 months..i'm seeing terrible discrepencies in Cj's tracking my "monster"leads...i have continuous flow of global student traffic to my websites..and google adsense always registers scores of clicks every hour through the day and night...whereas CJ posts monster leads for 2 to 3 hours [with 2-6 leads per hour] and then there are long breaks of 6-10 hrs without tracking and posting any leads at all...
the leads are not being posted in batches either...in order to verify i had my cousin create a monster account and post his resume 3 days ago through my link...which should have shown in my panel as 2 leads...but at that particular time no leads were either tracked or posted...
Today, not even a single lead in posted in my account since past 12 hrs..normally min leads should be 20 at least....My Google adsense is showing clicks and earnings as usual...
THIS IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE! and certainly not acceptable...please advice.
There is one more thing that has come to our notice..we have a local family friend who also is a publisher with "Monster" with different websites and independent traffic..upon comparing our CJ accts we noticed that while monster leads are posted in their acct continuously for 3-4 hrs..no leads are tracked in our acct in those hours and in the next set of 3-4 hrs when Monster leads are posted in our acct..there are no leads tracked during that time in their acct...there seems to be a cycle of tracking accts....this seems most absurd as our websites are different and our traffic also is totally independent...kindly explain this please..
In the past 7 hrs, 18 Monster leads have been posted in our family friends acct...every hour 2-3 leads and not even a single lead in our account...what's that supposed to mean?
Awaiting a satisfactory explanation from CJ..
Please do answer our query and kindly help us solve this problem at the earliest
thanking you
So you have taken this up with them directly? That may be your best bet.
Taking it up with the merchant is something to consider as well.
Is their aff program offered through another network, or do they host it independently as well? Might want to check out another tracking mechanism.
You may also try to use a different but similar merchant, and see if you get better results.
