Is there a good possibility of achieving AdSense Income without Adsense? I am using another program and hope to try and build a good revenue stream that way. However, has anyone else had a good experience doing this?

Also, besides using just a text ad provider, how else can a webmaster try and develop a constant stream of revenue?

I usually make more on CJ than AdSense

You can probably acheive "adsense level income" painting houses. In all seriousness, yes you can easily make big money using non-adsense affiliate means. However, none of the specific "adsense alternative" companies tend to have payouts any where near those of adsense.

I would argue that it depends on what your site is about. I have a site where Kanoodle has doubled what I made with AdSense. Then, I'm currently starting a new site that will be affiliate-based rather than ad-based.

But, some sites will do best with AdSense. Remember that times do change, so don't put all your eggs in the Google basket.

Adsense is where most affiliate webmasters send a visitor who either doesn't need their product or service or has already signed up or purchased.

The reason? Here's my June CPM figures from CJ and G Adsense, expressed as percentages to remain within the TOS..

Adsense 11.18%
CJ 88.81%

In other words, CJ makes me 8 times more per click. Adsense-like income levels wouldn't even keep me in groceries for a week, but my affiliate links and campaigns buy lots of nice stuff all the time.

I accept that many here make very good livings from Adsense alone, and don't wish to belittle or denigrate your acomplishments in any way, but the fact remains that for most affiliates I know, the earnings from their programs are far superior.
