I've come up with the following ways to host advertising on a mobile app:
Affiliate marketing links
CPC feeds from comparison shopping engines
Display networks (Google Adwords, Media.net, other ad networks etc.)
Directly acquired featured advertising
Which are the best networks to use for 2 and 3 above?
What other specific ways are there to monetise a mobile app please?
Apart from affiliate links and comparison shopping engines, are there any other providers you can host ads from where they've got tens of thousands of products from different retailers please?
Most downloads of the app. will be in UK and USA.
