Age old question how much to charge, for front page article...

I run a speciality website and was contacted about placing a full page article on my website for a company. This article would be on the front page above or below our other articles/news.

The site gets 5000-6000 unique hits a month. 500,000 on average hits, nothing crazy. My question is what should i be charging for a full page article/ad which will link them to the customers website. The full article will not be displayed on the page just a little intro to it and then the user will need to click to read it.

Also how much per month, 3 months, 6 months. And If I run more than one of their articles.

(i know this is alot to ask in one paragraph)

It depends on how you want to sell it. I would suggest contacting a competitive site and pretend like you are buying the same service from them and see what they quote you for the number of impressions you will get.
