Amazon and Adsense?

Can you have both adsense linkbars and Amazon items on a page?

I think the TOS when I read it means 'no other ads of any kind' accept direct ads.

But I see many sites that go Amazon, Adsense, Amazon, Adsense, etc.

In fact, I see A LOT of blog and forum sites that do it.

Then again, I see sites that are coated with ALL KINDS of ads, plus adsense.

Yes, you can. I asked AdSense support about this when I joined the program, and they said yes. What they prohibit are other CONTEXTUAL text ads. Text links to Amazon, to individual book pages at Amazon, or whatever, are all OK.

I've found that pages that review individual books do well with both.
