ValueClick: I've received my fourth check from VC this month. They pay on time, and have given me no problems at all. You can also reach a human at their offices most every time you call. Also, I really like the control panel that VC offers.
One thing I've learned is that it pays to give these people an email or a phone call if you are denied when you apply. In two instances now they wrote back and said, "Sorry about that. We'd be glad to accept your site." If you're denied, press the issue a bit. It could help you.
RealTechNetwork: I've received payment from RT, and have also had good luck talking to a person whenever I called. They actually assign you an account rep.
I'm not really pleased with the AdJuggler control panel that RT uses. Although some people really seem to like it, to me it's not user-friendly at all.
Bluetime (Azoogle): I've received prompt payment from these guys as well (on a net15 basis!), and the customer support via AIM is awesome. They have also been good in allowing me to run their ads on another site I own that doesn't really meet the traffic requirements. They work with you on a case-by-case basis. Bluetime also has a very nice control panel. Looks great, and it's easy to use.
I can't comment on FastClick or Casale Media, because my sites exist in an area that they apparently aren't interested in at the moment, but I've heard good things about both. If you're in the same situation as I am, and have been denied by these two companies, give the above three a try.
