Amazon banned list of states?

Which states are banned?

Anyone know in which states Amazon affiliates are banned?

I know NC is one of the U.S states.

Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Connecticut

Check the "Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement. It is listed as the last paragraph in section 2." (Did a search on Bing, personally do not use Amazon for anything)

And I do not know if any of the above is current, so do due diligence! (If you're on Amazon, they will tell you, read the dang TOS!)
