I work at an agency that works with plastic surgeons and also sells retargeting. I am running into a lot of issues getting campaigns approved through Adroll because of the "adult" nature of the websites. Obviously, on a plastic surgeon's site, you need to be able to show before and after photos (which of course are going to show nudity). Adroll says they work with plastic surgeons, but every time I try to make a campaign, they get rejected because of the adult nature of the site.

I have tried taking down before and after galleries while the campaigns are being approved, removing navigation and images from landing pages where I'm sending the traffic to and still no luck because of the "adult" nature. My next step is going to be to setup a subdomain that is essentially a bare landing page with no images. This is not the ideal situation.

My question is, has anyone else ran into this type of problem with Adroll or any other retargeting company? If so, how did you remedy it?

Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Lynn--there's not a whole lot that can be done here as it's the publishers choice on whether or not they want to show your ads not the vendor like Adroll, or individual ad networks/exchanges.
