Adult merchant sites have been sending out notices about changes to their aff programs due to the new article 2257 enforcement.

The definition of what a "secondary" producer of adult content seems pretty vague, and several adult merchants are pretty much drying up their free content and explicit banners.

How are you changing your websites to comply with these new rules? Are you worried?

I think we are screwed unless we're a big player or are willing to play by the big player's rules...

...then again, if you are outside the U.S., no worries.
