Hi. I'm looking for ad network or direct advertiser for the Japan traffic. My traffic is Worldwide but mostly from Japan. I have 7000000 pageviews from Japan per month (15% new visitors and 85% returning visitors). Any suggestions?

Well have you been accepted into AdSense? If so, have you put it on your site?
I would be astonished if AdSense didn't work in Japan with Japanese advertisers.
As for other ad networks, I'm unable to comment. I do however earn small amounts with Amazon Japan from my small Japanese traffic.

check to see if rakuten has an affiliate program for Japan.

One problem with Amazon Japan is that they won't pay out to non-japanese bank accounts; they'll just send gift certificates.
