Banners ...gone!, disappeared - why?

I can see them, client can't

I've had an excellent relationship with a client ..until he took on a junior webmaster.

All of a sudden, all the banners I have placed for them over several sites have mysteriously disappeared ... in their eyes.

I can see them, others can see them but the client and his prodegy can't.

My feelings are that he is running an application but I can't put my finger on it.

Any ideas?

Doesnt have a firewall or ad blocker running that is removing them? Kerio firewalls have settings that can block advertisements.

He has changed his firewall settings. You need to find out what sort of firewall they are running (or perhaps an ad blocker) and find out how to sort the blocking problem.

A fair number of ads are blocked these days, but, as far as I am aware, your client is not charged for ads that get blocked before they get shown on the browser
