Commission Junction leads?

Unless I'm going crazy, the leads that are produced on my website aren't real-time -- they don't show up until the end of the day.

Clicks are updated in real-time, as are impressions, as CJ claims. As of right now, I have XXX clicks, XXXX impressions, however, no leads, which is impossible. I'm with a highly reputable advertiser, one of the highest earners in CJ -- they convert very well for most people and come recommended, so, I don't question the program.

Are the leads just lagging behind the other stats?

Does this happen to anybody else with CJ, where all stats update in real-time except for leads/earnings?

Is it possible that the click-through's you're sending are not targetted and thus not converting?

I find sales/leads to come up relatively quickly if not real-time at CJ... there are some times when there is a longer delay but nothing worth writing home about.

Also check the merchant's info. Some merchants batch stats, so earnings are updated only once a day.

When in doubt contact the merchant directly as they can tell you.
