Anyone else having problems contacting IAN/EAN? Two days with no response. Even their Password reset function isn't working. I thought that was supposed to be automatic.

They seem to have periodic communication breakdowns. I can remember at least 2 periods over the years when I could not get a response for many days from my account manager or other support options.

There's something wrong over there because even their auto password reset function isn't working. I tried it 4 times over the last 2 days and never got an email with a new password. It's supposed to show up within minutes.
