I've come across a few CPA companies that allow you to lock a link and force someone to fill out a survey before getting any further. [Bee4.biz...] as well as [Cpaleads.com...] seem to be the major players.

Any tips or advice for a newcomer in the industry? Whats the best ways to implement such ads, and what works best?
