Does anyone know of ANY affiliate program (similar to Clickbank, Amazon, commission junction) which ALSO can make payment to the affiliate by way of a Paypal payment?

Many affiliate networks with hundreds of programs pay via Paypal. NeverBlue and Shareasale are the two I can think of, off the cuff.

actually a lot of webmasters prefer to get paid by PayPal - it is one the most secure payments.
