Deluged with 'join my program'

Anyone else notice that there is an increase in emails and calls from affiliate managers at the beginning of each quarter? It seems to be after they have had a chance to run the numbers for last quarter, and it never fails. 4 times during the year when I could use fewer calls and emails.

The most annoying are calls from people who's job it is just to call and announce the program. Very annoying. I once even got a $*#@! recorded call!

I've never paid attention to when I get emails, but I have noticed that I've gotten a lot of 'join our program' type emails lately.
