Revenue Suggestions?

Hello,
I am the webmaster of pretty large network that gets around 10+ million impressions a month, but I'm not sure what the best way to get revenue out of this is. Its a gaming site with very large forums <snip>
I tried ad sense, and it was great at first, but rates have really dropped.

Any suggestions?
