Anybody got any GOOD ideas on turning 25k visitors a month into income any what so ever.

I want to traffic the 25k visitors to a new service etc etc let me know your ideas and if some one has a good enough idea then i am happy to share revenue etc

Again, depends on what sector you want the visitors for.

I'm pretty sure 25K blushing brides will cost more than 25K teenagers looking for free downloads.

I meant 'why they come to you'.
What do you have for them that makes them click to visit your site?
Who are these visitors? Men, women, teenagers, adults, gay, straight, poor, wealthy, etc.

Who are they and what to they want. When you know that, then all you need to do is give them what they want.
