Rather than concentrating on $--- per day, I've decided my next target should be that given the time it takes to drink a pint of beer, I should already have made back the price of the pint by the time I finish.

This means I need to make 3.20 pounds in twenty five minutes - yes I'm a slow drinker - which comes to... hmmm... 184.32 pounds a day.

I suppose when the earnings start coming in faster than I can drink a pint, I'll have to focus on covering the entire round.

Either that or start drinking faster.

Does anyone else have any creative targets?

I've thought in those terms... for example, I've wondered when I'll get to the point where I make more money in the time it takes to eat lunch than the lunch cost me. Or if I travel, will the cost of travel be exceeded by the money I make during that time period (essentially travelling for free).

I am with you there FourDegreez. Currently, I like to think that I enjoy a free lunch courtesy of my AdWords campaigns. Travelling for free is certainly my long term goal.

I'd simply like to make it to the point where my 'net activities can no longer be accurately described as "hemorrhaging money" :).

Sometimes I like to consider my rate of pay for sleeping. Sometimes I divide revenue by the minutes in a day to get my "just stayin' alive and walkin' around doin' stuff" rate.

Sometimes I like to imagine what it would be like if I could go back in time to some point in ancient history in command of an aircraft carrier loaded up with attack helicopters.

A boy can dream, can't he...
