Allowing Pay Per Click advertising on my site

I contacted a vendor in regards to advertising their site/services on my site. He is interested and stated he is more interested in having a Pay Per Click agreement. For example he starts off with paying $100.00 and after an agreed amount of clicks are fulfilled, he has the choice to do it again or not.

SO my question is, how would I go about setting it up so I and/he will be able to see how many clicks have been fulfilled and perhaps some other useful information?

Or the simplest is to tell them to advertise on Google, and target your site, and place the ad unit on your site.
