With Commission Junction at the end of the year do I have to do any taxes?

Yes, you have to file a tax return that states all your income. Whether you earn it from CJ, eBay, a job or whatever. If you have business expenses such as PPC advertising, hosting, etc. you can deduct that. Consult a CPA for the best advice.
