Charging CPC?

I have a website whereas I already charge my direct advertisers on a duration basis (per year).

I now feel that my website is capable of approaching some larger blue chip companies. I wish to charge these on CPC and with a niche website and a 468x60 banner space what would be the going rate and how do I charge for it? Do I charge upfront for a block of clicks or do I invoice monthly for the amount used?

Start off with a floor cpc price and adjust it upwards after a test period with one or two of the blue chip companies.

how do I charge for it"
Plan A: Get them to pay a minimum fee up front and then invoice them for the remainder after the fact.
Plan B: Get them to send you an amount that is subtracted from every time there is a click.
Plan C: Invoice them for the click charges after the billing time period is completed.
