display ad sales tracking application needed

for the selling of ad space on my own site

I've been poking around on the Inet looking for an online (or even desktop) application that will allow me to catalog and sell ad space on my website. Reasonable price is fine but $10,000 is not. I'd like it to at least have:

1. the ability to identify current running ads and expiration dates
2. salesperson tied to the ad space and/or client
3. ability to schedule ads for future runs
4. ideally be online with multiple user access (think management and sales force)
5. tracking potential revenue and projected revenue

Thanks. I've looked at them and am still considering them.

I was also thinking about using a hosted service. I just don't like the idea of someone having access to the core details about my ad sales. Still - it does seem like a quick way to get up and running!

I haven't hear of such hosting service but of course, I also haven't hear about many things one can find on the net.

Anyway, getting the things running as soon as possible is one of the keys to success therefore you can jump on the horse now, rob the bank then take a vacation and play with w3matter to make your own 'bank' ;)
