I had some reasonable revenue coming in from Chitika, about $20-$40 per month. In May, the revenue has dropped off and now I cannot even see ads being displayed on my pages.
Anybody know what is going on, or is it time to yank the Chitika ads?

Did you verify that your domain(s) are approved? When you logon to see your stats, there's a a bright red box labeled Attention to addresses this issue.
Other than that, what do your stats look like? Do you see any sudden drop of traffic and revenue during that time or is it gradual? What about levels of other revenue sources?

I was making about $30/mo with them, I finally dumped them a few months back. For $1/day it's not worth the extra JavaScript and real estate on my site.

Just as an FYI I frequently come across virus alerts from chitika ads. I doubt the ads are malicious or infected but it seems something in their code is triggering these alerts. If visitors can't view the ads (due to virus alerts), that would explain the drop in earnings.

i dont use chikita, but i remember there was some kind of feature that only made them display when someone visited from a search engine. that might explain why you cant see them yourself.
