Discussion on the best affiliate network to join

I'm looking at signing up to affiliate window for the Cycling and accessories company I run. Has anyone got any opinions on them? Thoughts?

Any other suggestions for affiliate networks to join?

I would suggest using a network based in your own country as that will mean that your payments will not be subject to substantial bank charges for currency conversion.

Choice of actual network depends on what country you are in. Advice isn't necessarily that useful as a "good" network may simply not have any affiliates that will appeal to your customers.

If budget isn't an issue, you might want to sign up for more than one network to maximize exposure to affiliates.

I would take the route of first deciding what might earn revenue based on the topic of the site. Then look for networks with appropriate affiliates on their books.

I have tried some lateral thinking in the past about what to put on a site but the things that I thought would get some crossover sales didn't. Experiment with your page estate and see what works for you.
