I was recently approached by Vista Interactive Media who are interested in advertising on one of my sites. However, neither I nor my partner have ever heard of them. Is anyone here familiar with these guys? Are they any good, or a troublesome lot?

If it's the same VIM I'm thinking of, they'll want you to auto-install software on visitors computers via ActiveX.
