Merchant looking for the right affiliate program

Hello,

I am a new merchant looking for the best affiliate program. What I need is the one who has the most or best affiliates in my category of product (music equipment). I looked into shareasale and they seem very capable. I can also offer up to 15% commission and my average order is over $250. With these credentials would me signing up with shareasale lead to affiliates putting up my advertising on there sites? If so how many can I possibly think of getting? If not what would be the other best choice. I read that CJ is good as well but not so much compared to how much more expensive they are.

If someone can also point me to reviews of the merchant side of shareasale that would be great. I would love to know how many total affiliates they have.

Affiliates will sign up for your program if the EPC is high. The toughest thing for you will be to recruit affiliates when you have no proven track record in sales. One thing you can do to help jumpstart your EPC earnings with SAS is to use affiliate links from your site instead of straight to cart links.

We also would like to use affiliate marketing.

I'd prefer to hire/contract someone to manage our affiliate marketing.

Any ideas how to find someone? Are there websites for this?
