Are their any ethical contractor-matching CPA/Lead programs out there?

Who wants to feed their users to scammers?

I checked the charter and I'm pretty sure I can mention specific programs, if I am mistaken please let me know.

I've run one service for approximately 2 months on one of my sites where people use it to find local contractors, and it is performing very well. Unfortunately I put off performing my due diligence and just found out what poor experiences people have with them, so I've removed their ads from my site.

Through CJ and Linkshare I've found several similar companies, but they all seem to have poor reps. Has anyone found a contractor-lead-generation program that you can feel good about sending your users to?

I don't know this area at all, but you should be able to test a few out and follow up with your sites visitors and ask them.
