I am fed up with this company . this is the third time this year that the have had a publisher insert malicious code so that the website showing their ads gets redirected to another site.
Adbrite support and "Quality control" doesn't seem to notice when this happens. It was going on for a week on my site and others with their ad codes until I finally figured out that it was adbrite causing it.
When I finally emailed support they the said they removed the publisher from causing it and they were "Sorry" .
What kind of company can not notice this for a WEEK!?
Now it's happening again. and it's the weekend and while Abrite's ads are being hijacked, they take the weekend off. I removed all the black label ads and I get no more forced redirects from the spammer.
It seems it only happens with codes for full page ads . Once the full page ad is shown. Then when ever you visit that ad again it takes you to the spammers selected redirect.
Adbrite s so complacent in these issues it's scary ... I've lost tons of revenue over the past week and god only knows how many visitors.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Anyway, I suggested they opt for screenshots via an email, but as so often in life idiots rarely see the light. That this is not a new problem that they are facing tells me there is little future for these fools.
