I own a culinary schools directory website and i'm trying to find affiliate programs that i could use for my website in order to generate more income. I wonder how websites could generate income from the leads to every schools they advertise in their pages. (ex. they advertise ARTS INSTITUTES or LE CORDON BLEU) If so, ANYBODY can help me where to apply for that kind of affiliate that caters UNIVERSITIES/COLLEGES that are advertising their educational programs in CULINARY field?

I am still new to affiliate marketing. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Try variations in your favourite search engine of this

***"affiliate program" culinary schools and colleges***

leave on the "quotes" ..take off the stars ..

I found loads of links to programmes in less than 10 minutes just varying what I put after the second quotes ..easy ..

interesting niche ..the aff payments ( good ) for signed referrrals might tempt me into making some sites ..English et en français aussi

BTW easy on the caps when posting ....looks fugly

The best avenue of approach, IMHO, would be direct contact with leading schools, asking if they have a program or system available for lead generation. If there's a choice between getting paid for actual enrollments vs. getting paid for qualified leads, the lead route may be smaller, but it's got a higher possibility of generating income - as long as the leads are actually qualified and bonafide interested persons.

You can think outside the box (or the cooking pot) a little. There are also several affiliate programs related to cooking (and food/wine) in general. Some travel-related sites with affiliate programs offer cooking-related tours. People looking for a culinary school may also be wondering how they're going to pay for it- there are affiliate programs for scholarships/financial aid.

I can think of several right off the top of my head who operate through the Google Affiliate Network.

It might also help in many instances to look around in the spool of Google AdWords advertisers. At least some of those running ads for related keywords also have their affiliate programs. To find the advertisers in any subject/keyword area you can use services like spyfu.com - it shows me 23 AW advertisers for the KW culinary schools - at least one of them has its own aff prog.
