Is there any relationship between Google page rank, and the cost of buying or selling a link ?

Suppose I have a website having a PR value x

I get mails from other websites to place their links in my website for which they are willing to pay money.

How much should I charge per month per link if my site is having a PR-1,2,3,4,5 respectively ?

Is the money post-paid, or pre-paid ?
