Identifying sites to advertise on?

We're looking at expanding our online advertising budget, but I'm having trouble identifying sites to start with. Are there any resources out there that summarize websites in terms of audience / visitor count / ad rates etc ?

Managed placements on the Google content network will summarize a website by target, potential clicks and estimated click charge. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info...For anyone else looking, I did find quantcast.com - seems to have some info that I'm looking for, but I'm not sure on the accuracy.
