displaying product prices

while building an affiliate site im wondering if, in addition to product image, description and affiliate link it makes sense to display the price?

CJ doesnt display the price, so i have to actually go to the site and grab it manually. not too much work but id have to keep checking to make sure it hasnt changed.

what do people usually do: display price or not?

You could go either way, but be cautious about adding details that would increase ongoing maintenance.

Suggestion: start without prices to keep things simple, and work on developing traffic. Once the site has enough traffic that you could draw statistically valid conclusions, test it both ways and see if your users respond better with or without prices.
