Monitizing Google Map Popup Bubble

My site is a site that contains a google map, single page, that loops through a number of markers and opens up the info window automatically. Therefore I wont get a lot of "hits" but just a lot of time spent.

My Questions:

Are there still companies that do rotating in place banner ads? It seems that this would be ideal for a one page site that people will look at.

The Popup's in google maps are HTML. I can place anything in there. Is there an ad content network that will let me grab ads and place them in the bubbles? Even linksets would be great there.

I'd be curious about this as well but don't have a real answer. I have some very useful pages with maps. Good traffic, good links, stumbles, people send me praise emails, and I make just about nothing from them.

That's a overall problem though. The more useful a page is, the less revenue from it because people are actually staying on the site and using the page. Real annoying.
