Engage publishers, it doesn't look like you're going to be salvaged even if they do find a buyer.

Given the continued dramatic downturn in the advertising industry, Engage cannot sustain this media business at the expense of the far more promising software business

Ech. This is horrible.

The worse prospect is that when Engage dies and the hundreds/thousands of publishers go out looking for new ad networks, prices are going to temporarily slump.

As if they werent low enough already :(
