Got a new affiliate platform on my hands--trying to find affiliates

I've inherited an internal affiliate marketing platform at my site. I'd love your advice about how to find good affiliates. Any wisdom?

The best way I know of is to get an OPM (outsourced program manager), or at the very least a paid, honest consultation. If they're good they've already got a following of quality affiliates, if they believe a program is honest and worth promoting.

You could also hire someone who has previous experience managing a program, or look for some of the affiliate forms where you can actively recruit affiliates.
